BAT Biodiversity Partnership
THE BRITISH AMERICAN TOBACCO BIODIVERSITY PARTNERSHIP

STRATEGY

During the second Term the Partnership has developed its strategy to deliver improved conservation of biodiversity. This is captured in a Programme Framework that identifies three strategic priorities to deliver the objectives set out in the Memorandum of Understanding.

These strategic priorities are:

  • Protect and restore habitats and species and ensure sustainable use of natural resources
  • Integrate biodiversity into British American Tobacco’s business
  • Build capacity of individuals and organisations

The Partners have developed a set of performance indicators and associated measures against which progress towards these three strategic priorities will be reported periodically.
